How it works
The same loop on every module.
Read
A module runs about 36 minutes and teaches from first principles, with checkpoint questions you have to clear before the next section unlocks.
Drill
The trainer runs flashcards on spaced repetition, so due cards concentrate on what you fumble; re-take each module quiz until you are comfortably above 80%.
Produce
Write the module’s exercise from the learning plan, then answer two of its interview questions out loud, timed.
Rehearse
When an interview lands, run the cram protocol for that stage and re-read the cheat sheets the night before.
Also in the Academy
Reference, practice and the job search itself.
Learning plan
The four-week core curriculum, the daily twenty-minute habit, and the callback protocol.
Trainer
283 spaced-repetition flashcards, 178 quiz questions and 48 role-play drills, tracked per module.
Glossary
138 terms a candidate should not stumble on — roles, metrics, frameworks and UK health-tech vocabulary.
Cram
Pick the interview stage and get the prep checklist, with every cheat sheet in one place.
Scripts & templates
47 ready-to-use artefacts — cold emails, call scripts, objection talk tracks, job-search templates — each with a copy button.
The final exam
50 questions drawn across the core curriculum, pass mark 85% — specialist modules are never examined.
Career Launchpad
The job-search playbook — target lists, outreach over mass applying, the no-experience CV, pipeline to offer.
